How quickly can I expect a response?
We aim to get back to you within one business day. If you're an ongoing support client, you'll have an agreed response time as part of your plan, and anything urgent gets bumped to the front of the queue.
YunikaOne is a Germany-based company helping businesses with the technology, data and day-to-day admin that keep things running — from websites and custom systems to IT support and the everyday tasks that pile up in between.
Technology should make your day easier, not harder. That's the whole idea behind YunikaOne: practical, reliable help, with nothing you don't actually need.
Before starting YunikaOne UG, we worked in professional IT support roles, helping businesses manage users, devices, cloud services and the day-to-day running of their systems.
That experience includes:
The web side came later. We taught ourselves how to build websites and business systems, first by creating YunikaOne's own website and database, and then by using those skills on real client projects. You can see some of that work on the Projects page.
YunikaOne is a founder-led business, and we'd rather explain what that means than leave you guessing.
We aim to get back to you within one business day. If you're an ongoing support client, you'll have an agreed response time as part of your plan, and anything urgent gets bumped to the front of the queue.
Right now, YunikaOne is one person. That means you're talking directly to the person actually doing the work, not getting bounced between departments. As things grow, trusted specialists may come in on specific projects, but the goal stays the same: consistent quality and response times.
If a planned absence is coming up, active support clients will know in advance and won't be left without a way to reach us for anything urgent. We also keep client documentation up to date, so support never depends on anyone's memory.
Definitely. A lot of clients start with a one-off task or part-time help, then move to a monthly plan once things pick up. And if a request is genuinely beyond what we can take on right now, we'll say so honestly instead of overpromising.
If something isn't a good fit, or won't solve what you're actually dealing with, we'll say so instead of trying to make it work anyway.
You shouldn't need a technical background to understand what we're doing or why. We explain things the way we'd want them explained to us.
You're emailing a person, not a support queue. The same person who builds your project is the one who answers when you write in.
We'd rather build one thing that genuinely fits how you work than a dozen features you'll never open again.
Tell us a bit about your business and what you're trying to do, and we'll let you know honestly how we can help.
